The main feature difference among models:

Liberty RGX operates like traditional gel system using a casting stand, a UV transparent gel tray for gel casting, and a chamber for high speed gel electrophoresis. The only difference among Liberty RGX 60, 80, and 120 is their gel size.

Liberty 1, 2, and 4 are simplified high speed gel system. Gels are poured into a UV transparent base. The base contains electrodes for high speed submarine electrophoresis or bufferless high speed electrophoresis.

Liberty 80 and 120 is similar to Liberty 1 and 2 except that you can change gel length as your wish to run a short, medium, or a long gel to save expensive agarose.

Febe is a specialized high speed bufferless gel system for high throughput PCR screening. It is not recommended for routine gel applications. You can pour 20 gels at once and store them for a month without wrapping.
