The principle of
high speed electrophoresis
Features:
One gel rig for 3 gel length, 125mm, 80mm,
or 40mm x gel width 100mm to save expensive agarose powder.
High speed electrophoresis in 6 min.
Buffer saving - run agarose gel
electrophoresis bufferless or little running buffer.
Straight
banding technology to eliminate band smile.
Operation procedure:
Select gel length to 40, 80, or125mm.
Microwave 80ml agarose in 1x TAE/TBE buffer,
add 2ul ethidium bromide, pour in gel chamber, and place combs.
Remove combs, add 250ml water on gel top,
80ml of 1x running buffer into buffer reservoir, and load samples
(multi-channel pipette compatible).
Run high speed gel electrophoresis at 220V
DC for 6 minutes (15 minutes for longer gel).
Pour off liquid and take gel picture under
UV illuminator.
