For
buffer-less high speed electrophoresis:
-
Microwave
95ml TBE
agarose solution, mix 2ul ethidium bromide, pour it into gel tray, place combs, and let the gel to
solidify.
-
Remove
combs, add 450ml deionized water, and load samples into wells.
-
Run gel
220V for 6-10 minutes depending on your samples.
-
Take gel
picture.
