Operation
steps for pouring 10 gels at once:
-
Microwave
650ml agarose in 1x TBE buffer, add 10ul ethidium bromide, pour 65ml
into each gel tray, and place 1, 2, or 3 combs.

Remove
combs and stack 10 gel trays together for storage.
-
When
running bufferless rapid gel to see genotyping or PCR, take one tray
from storage, add ddwater into gel tray, load samples and run the
gel for 6 minutes.

Pour off
liquid and take gel picture under UV illuminator.
