Operation
Steps of Liberty 120 gel chamber
-
Select gel
length, long, short, or middle
-
Microwave
agarose solution in TAE or TBE, mix 2ul ethidium bromide to gel
solution, pour it into gel tray, place combs, and let the gel to
solidify.
-
Remove
combs, add 300ml deionized water on gel top and total 200ml of 1x
running buffer to chamber, and load samples into wells.
-
Run gel
220V for 6-10 minutes depending on your samples.
-
Take gel
picture after run.
