Operation procedure:
 | Select gel length to 40, 80, or125mm. |
 | Microwave 40, 60, or 90ml agarose in 1x TAE/TBE buffer,
add 2ul ethidium bromide, pour in gel unit, and place combs. |
 | Remove combs, add 250ml water on gel top,
80ml of 1x running buffer into buffer reservoir, and load samples
(multi-channel pipette compatible). |
 | Run high speed gel electrophoresis at 220V
DC for 6 minutes (15 minutes for longer gel). |
 | Pour off liquid and take gel picture under
UV illuminator. |
