Operation procedure:

bulletSelect gel length to 40, 80, or125mm. 
bulletMicrowave 40, 60, or 90ml agarose in 1x TAE/TBE buffer, add 2ul ethidium bromide, pour in gel unit, and place combs.
bulletRemove combs, add 250ml water on gel top, 80ml of 1x running buffer into buffer reservoir, and load samples (multi-channel pipette compatible).
bulletRun high speed gel electrophoresis at 220V DC for 6 minutes (15 minutes for longer gel).
bulletPour off liquid and take gel picture under UV illuminator.
