Microwave
650ml agarose in 1x TBE buffer,
add 10ul ethidium bromide, pour 65ml into each gel tray, and place 1, 2, or
3 combs.

Remove
combs and stack 10 gel trays together for storage.

When
running bufferless rapid gel to see genotyping or PCR, take one tray
from storage, add ddwater into gel tray, load samples and run the
gel for 6 minutes.

Pour off liquid and take gel picture under
UV illuminator.
