The second one is immerse sample wells so that sample can be easily loaded into wells. Electrophoresis buffer can be divided into two types, native electrophoresis buffer and denaturing electrophoresis buffer. Chemical reagents in electrophoresis buffer maintains buffering capacity during electrophoresis.
