Agarose gel preparation

It is easy to prepare agarose gel. Just weigh agarose powder, measure running buffer volume, mix agarose with buffer, heat to form uniform agarose gel solution, add ethidium bromide, prepare gel tray, pour agarose gel solution into gel tray, and then wait for agarose gel preparation to set.

It is really easy if you do agarose gel preparation only once a week.

But it is really NOT an easy thing to do if you are routinely doing many agarose gel preparations a day.
