Breakthrough
in rapid gel agarose electrophoresis with no running buffer
See User Feedback about the performance of buffer-less high speed electrophoresis:
" The
Liberty
bufferless gel system is the best gel electrophoresis system we've ever
used. It's not only easy to set up, robust, and fast, but generates
excellent results without the need of running buffer. Highly
recommended. See our genotyping service picture below." ---- Ivan Delgado Orlic, President and CEO,

Why
agarose-saving feature is so important for genotyping and PCR
applications?
In agarose
electrophoresis, the gel concentration is determined by the size range
of the DNA /RNA fragments. Much higher percentage gel should be used to
resolve small sizes, such as 100-200bps. For
reliability, most genotyping primers were designed to generate very
small PCR products in small sizes range, which means that your agarose
gel should be made to 3% or higher.
Have you
thought about how much is your cost to run a large agarose gel for only
a few samples?
