For 80ml of 1 agarose gel solution, dissolve 0.8 g agarose powder 

For 60ml of 1 agarose gel solution, dissolve 0.6 g agarose powder 

For 50ml of 1 agarose gel solution, dissolve 0.5 g agarose powder 

For 40ml of 1 agarose gel solution, dissolve 0.4 g agarose powder 

For 30ml of 1 agarose gel solution, dissolve 0.3 g agarose powder 

For 20ml of 1 agarose gel solution, dissolve 0.2 g agarose powder
